Beginning as a student activist, he developed a strong foundation in leadership and public discourse, eventually transitioning into roles that bridge political strategy, community development, and research.<\/p>\n

Over the years, he has been actively involved in political advisory work, contributing to strategic communication, youth engagement, and policy-oriented initiatives. His experience working alongside national leadership has shaped his understanding of how ideas are translated into governance, and how public narratives influence both perception and policy direction. He currently serves as a Special Officer to the Minister at the Kementerian Pembangunan Belia, Kemajuan Sukan dan Ekonomi Kreatif Sabah (KBSK), where he contributes to initiatives related to youth development, sports advancement, and creative economy.<\/p>\n

Beyond the political sphere, Rahman has built and led several grassroots initiatives that integrate sports, education, and community empowerment. As Director of Kuala Lumpur Rangers, he focuses on developing football not only as a competitive platform, but also as a tool for social mobility and youth development. Through Program Celik and TawauKini Football Academy, he has been directly involved in creating opportunities for young people, particularly those from underserved backgrounds, by combining academic support with structured football training.<\/p>\n

In the digital space, as the Founder and Director of Kromium Digital Sdn Bhd, Rahman works on shaping narratives and strategies that engage the Malay market, bringing together communication, technology, and cultural insight. His work in media and writing further reflects his commitment to public discourse, having authored books and led editorial platforms focused on social issues, education, and political thought.<\/p>\n

Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Sport Science at Universiti Sains Malaysia, his academic work explores how learning, leadership, and development take shape within grassroots environments, particularly through lived experience and interaction. This research dimension complements his practical work, allowing him to connect theory with real-world application.<\/p>\n
